In autumn, our olive grove becomes the heart of the estate. Guests can watch the different stages of the harvest and discover the journey that transforms olives into extra virgin olive oil.

Our approach to beekeeping is one of deep respect: we believe that bees are not simply producers of honey, but guardians of biodiversity and the fertility of the land.

Through their tireless work as pollinators, they sustain the life of the lemon grove, the vegetable garden and the wild plants that grow across the estate.

Observing a beehive means discovering one of nature’s most extraordinary forms of cooperation and understanding how closely our own future is linked to the health of pollinators.

One of the projects closest to our hearts is the restoration of the estate’s old chapel, which is currently awaiting renovation. Our hope is that it may once again become a true chapel, open to prayer and the celebration of Holy Mass, just as this place was originally intended to be.
